Unbelievable. Council approves annexation agreement last night which by its stated terms could open the door for the new Comp Plan to be amended to allow for up to 20% housing, in direct conflict with the planning commission resolutions, and the resolution the council itself voted on last June!

  2. Hi Kiffi,

Hm, wonder how the Council’s decision is going to sit with everyone…and what has to happen for the Comp Plan to be amended. Was the vote unanimous? Would you mind terribly also putting your comment on the story about the annexation I put on LoGroNo a couple of days ago? http://locallygrownnorthfield.org/post/9126/
